Refund Policy

At Real Deal Trading Cards, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are non-refundable, including:

  • Group Break spots following commencement of break.
  • Cards received from Group Break spots.

3. Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@realdealtc.com.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Provide pictures of products being returned.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Method

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another product of the same value, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our refund policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
